Weddings FAQ

We need less time than what’s included in your smallest package. Would you be willing to customize it for us?
If none of our packages fits your needs, you can always choose a la carte items and create a product that will be 100% you.

What’s cheaper – booking a package or choosing a la carte items?
Packages are at least 5% cheaper.

Will we have a pre-wedding consultation?
Yes, a pre-wedding consultation is included with every wedding booking. We always want to make sure your wedding photography experience is enjoyable and stress-free.

What do you wear for weddings?
I know your wedding is a day you’ve been planning and looking forward to for a long time, that’s why I always want to dress accordingly. I normally wear a pair of slacks and a blouse, sometimes a jacket, when it’s cold.

Will you visit our wedding and reception location before the wedding?
If your wedding is taking place at a location I have never been to, to give you and myself a piece of mind I always go to the locations I’m photographing at before the event to get myself familiar with them.

What is ‘first look’?
Traditionally a bride and a groom are not supposed to see each other before the ceremony, however a lot of couples nowadays opt to do ‘first look’, which basically means meeting before the ceremony to have pictures taken at good light and with no hassle and have quiet time together. ‘First look’ helps you eliminate the stress of seeing each other for the first time in front of a hundred other people and frees up a lot of time after the ceremony that you can devote to your guests.

Will you have back up equipment at our wedding?
I certainly will.

How many images will we end up with from our wedding?
It all depends on the amount of time I will be present at the wedding. On average you will have somewhere between 200-500 images.

When are we going to be able to see our pictures?
Your pictures will be available for viewing in the online password protected gallery 3-4 weeks after the wedding.

When should we pay for our wedding photography?
A retainer of 20% from the price of the package you choose is required at the time of booking. It is non-refundable, but can be transferred towards the purchase of other photographic services. Your wedding photography should be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
